| Vessel Damage assessment | NZD3,000. The Bond is fully refundable, however deductions will be made from the Bond for any loss or damage to the vessel at end of charter.
Vessel damage assessment may take 2-3-days depending upon weather conditions. |

* The 10% Hire-Charge Deposit is payable upon booking the vessel. The balance of charter costs are
payable 31 days prior to commencement of charter. The Deposit is refundable providing notice of
cancellation is given at least 1-month prior to vessel hire date. For cancellation less than 7 days
prior to departure date, no refund will be given unless a replacement booking is obtained.
Cancellations from 7 to 14 days prior to departure will incur a 25% cancellation charge.
Minimum charter period is 4 days.
